App and the information and service(s) provided in the Mobile App (¡°Services¡±).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites and mobile applications
that may link to the Mobile App. We are not responsible for the actions or
privacy practices of third-party websites and applications; please consult

We will not

(1) Merger, Sale or Change of Control: We may change our ownership or
corporate organization while providing the Services. We may transfer to another

circumstances, we will request the acquiring party to follow the practices

the same as described in this Privacy Policy.

information if required or allowed to do so by law or on the good-faith belief
that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with
legal process served on us or our Services; (b) protect and defend our rights

safety of us, users of the Services or the public.

any websites or services linked to or from our Mobile App, including the
information or content contained within them. It is your choice and

provide broadband connectivity, content management, analytics, customer service
or fraud protection, we may outsource the processing of personal information to

5. Installation, Operation and Refusal of
an Automatic Tool for Personal Information Collection
¨ç We may use ¡°cookies¡± which store and
retrieve data periodically, and similar devices to provide you with
personalized service and convenience.and customized service.

of data that a server, used to operate the mobile application, and is stored on
your mobile device.
¨é You can choose to allow or deny
cookies by adjusting the mobile device setting. However, if you refuse storing
cookies, you may have difficulties in using customized services.
6. How to access and modify your

secure

9. Data retention
We will retain your personal
information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has
been collected or any longer retention period required or allowed by law. In general,
this means that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year
and a maximum of 7 years.
10. Data destruction
When we no longer need to use your
personal information, we securely destroy it. We select the personal
information for which the reason for destruction occurred, and destroy the
personal information with the approval of our Chief Privacy Officer. We destroy
personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files so
that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroy personal information
recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incineration.
