our TVRO mobile application (“Mobile App”). This privacy policy (“Privacy

that you provided to us, will be processed by us while you are using our Mobile
App and the information and service(s) provided in the Mobile App (“Services”).
Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices
regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

not apply to third-party websites and mobile applications that may link to the
Mobile App. We are not responsible for the actions or privacy practices of
third-party websites and applications; please consult those websites and
applications directly to understand their privacy practices.

through the Mobile App.

(1) Merger, Sale or Change of Control: We may
change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Services. We
may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or
all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any

ownership control, or financing transaction to the extent permitted by the
applicable laws. Under such circumstances, we will request the acquiring party
to follow the practices described in this Privacy Policy with respect to
previously collected information. Nevertheless, we cannot promise that an
acquiring party or the merged entity will have the same privacy practices or
treat your information the same as described in this Privacy Policy.
(2) Law Enforcement Obligations: We may also use or disclose your
personal information if required or allowed to do so by law or on the
good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable
law or comply with legal process served on us or our Services; (b) protect and
defend our rights or property, the Services or our users; or (c) act to protect
the personal safety of us, users of the Services or the public.

any websites or services linked to or from our Mobile App, including the
information or content contained within them. It is your choice and
responsibility to investigate and ask questions before disclosing your personal

We may

entities. You have the right to refuse overseas transfer, but in case you
refuse, you may not be able to use the APP.

Installation, Operation and Refusal of an Automatic Tool for
Personal Information Collection

We may use “cookies” which store and retrieve data
periodically, and similar devices to provide you with personalized service and
convenience, and customized service.

A cookie is a small text file piece of data that a server,
used to operate the mobile application, and is stored on your mobile device.

You can choose to allow or deny cookies by adjusting the mobile
device setting. However, if you refuse storing cookies, you may have
difficulties in using customized services.

① Our Services
are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at
children less than 14 years old. We do not intentionally collect or maintain
personal information about anyone under the age of 14.

that we learn
that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly take
steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and

7. How we
protect your data and keep it secure
① We are
committed to doing all that we can to keep your personal information secure. We
have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised
access or disclosure of your personal information.
② We take the
following measures to ensure the safety of your personal information.

measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans,
regular employee training, etc.
(2) Technical
measures: management of access rights such as personal information processing
system, installation of access control system, encryption of unique
identification information, installation of security programs
(3) Physical
measures: Access control of the computer room, data storage room, etc.

sure that any third parties that we deal with keep all personal information
they process on our behalf secure.
8. Data
retention
We will retain your personal information for
as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected or
any longer retention period required or allowed by law. In general, this means
that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum
of 7 years.
9. Data destruction
When we no longer need to use your personal
information, we securely destroy it. We select the personal information for
which the reason for destruction occurred, and destroy
the personal information with the approval of our Chief Privacy Officer. We
destroy personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic
files so that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroy personal
information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or
incineration.
